I work in advertising at a local TV station and I really enjoy my job. I spent several years working towards achieving this goal and made a lot of scarifies to get here. Now that I have the professional success that I wanted it’s time to take care of the personal aspect of my life.
I come from a very close-knit and large family. I’m one of five children and while I may be the middle child, I have none of the middle child syndrome attributes. While we may not always say it, we love each other very much and take care of one another when things get tough.
I am an outdoors type of guy when the weather is right but enjoy staying in just as much. Camping is a must at least once every year, and yes, I’m talking about tent camping. If you’re not the type of woman who would do this I’m okay with that as long as you’re okay with me taking off for a three or four day camping trip once or twice a year. Because I do have a life I don’t get to do this very often but I am also one of those guys who can actually watch an entire baseball game on TV, although I much rather go in person.
My friends are my second family. We like to have BBQ's and small get-togethers for birthdays or just because. We have our own traditions and inside jokes which may take someone new joining our group a little time to get used to and understand. One of our favorite traditions is getting together the weekend before Thanksgiving and having our own dinner. No matter where in the world we all might be, we always show up and have this time together.
I love to ride my motorcycle just as much as I enjoy bowling or playing miniature golf. Board games are not really my thing but every once in a while I can play a very decent round of Cranium. Going out to dinner and to the movies is in my opinion a nice way to spend a Saturday night. Now that I’ve finally experienced the magic of Disney, I much prefer Disneyland to Vegas.
Yes, I'm financially secured but I’m also a bit conservative in values regarding money. College was a hard lesson in wealth management. Don't misunderstand me, I want to live in a nice area and I like to have nice things but I won’t go into debt to have those things. Cash is my preferred method of payment.
