Originally from California, been in the Dallas area for 10 years but decided it was time to go home and am finally back! Work and family have me going between Carlsbad, Temecula and Irvine regularly.
What you see is what you get, no big surprises. My eyes change colors, IРІР‚в„ўm simply complex, come across as outgoing but am actually really shy, have a big heart and the smallest things in life seem to make me the happiest. I dabble in photography on the side and volunteer for CASA (child advocates). I'm very much a night owl, not at all a morning person...unless you count still being awake when morning comes.
I'm pushing myself to travel more and be more adventurous, made a trip to North Carolina ac couple months ago with no plans, just to explore because I had never been. I went to Hawaii in September complete with my first surf lesson, parasailing, snorkeling and hiking. Next on the list is a hot air balloon ride and zip-lining on Catalina...I may have to be pushed off, but I'm really excited about it. :) Also can't wait to try surfing again, kinda sucked at it the first time, but plan to be great at it someday :)
I have a slight obsession with music, and by slight I mean excessive! Listen to a little bit of everything...from Journey to Garth Brooks, the Commodores, Bon Jovi, Billy Joel, Prince to Maroon 5 and even Ne-Yo. A lot of my favorites are probably 70's/80's but pretty much anything but really heavy metal or hardcore rap.
I love basketball, can't say I'm a huge sports fan outside of that, but I'm slowly trying to learn the games. I don't play much, or I should say I don't play well, but have no problem trying and making a fool of myself...that can be half the fun! :) I am pretty active and workout an average of 6-7 days a week.
I would love to tell you what I'm looking for but I do not feel like there is a specific "type" or something specific even that I am looking for. I do know that honesty is number one, strong Christian faith and someone that makes me laugh but doesn't feel the need to always be "on" is a great way to start. I will also say that if you don't have any pictures posted, I'm not likely to respond. In most cases I've found it's because they have something to hide and/or are hiding from someone. And I don't mean to be rude, but while it's perfectly ok if you're a few years on either side of what the profile says I'm looking for, I'm not looking to date someone 15-20 years older or younger than I am.
