I work alot during the week but try to keep my weekends free. I'm quite confident and comfortable in my career, but I also try to have a life/work balance.

I am an active guy and have a lot of interests but none of them really define me. I do run 3-4 races a year (I'm trying to cut back) but don't really consider myself a runner because I would rather "train" in boot camps, riding my bike, hiking, skiing, etc. I almost never know what I am going to be doing as the weekend comes but I almost always need to go back to work on Monday to relax and recover. I am pretty much happy doing anything as long as I have someone fun to do it with!

I do a lot of outdoor things such as hiking and skiing and love outings where I can take my dog Ollie and let him explore and have fun. Last fall he got a little to close to nature in Telluride on the Bridal Veil Falls trail where he encountered what he thought was the slowest squirrel ever. He learned why a few sceonds later as he took a chomp and got a snout full of quiils. The emergency room visit ruined the hike, but hopefully Ollie got a little education on avoiding porcupines in the future
