Moved to Seattle in 2000 from So. Cal. and fell in love with the PNW and all it has to offer. The Outdoors, food, great hoppy beer, all the green and water, old rustic parts of town, nightlife, laid back and liberal attitude toward life and I could go on.
Things I like to do are traveling, fishing, exploring, hiking, camping, watching and playing sports, painting (oil, watercolor and some gouche) and other arts, finding cool places to hang out and get some good food and good local beer, watching movies or just relaxing at home. I also have a great group of friends I have known for most of my life that over the years have migrated to Washington. I like to get together with them too and hang out or do weekend activities with them and their kids.
I am hoping to meet someone who has similar interests but can also introduce new things. A big part of life is about learning so it would be nice to be able to be confortable with each others personalities and still be able to push each other to think and live beyond the usual comfort zone.
