Date single man from Santa Clara, United States. Bottom line: I live by my golden rule. Words don't really represent any of us. A smile, eye to eye contact, body language and live communication accomplish more towards getting to know me or anyone, really. With that said, my friends tell me that I'm fun loving, intelligent, down to earth, adventurous and that I have a good sense of humor. I'm an avid cyclist, on any given weekend you may find me cycling through Stevens Creek Canyon or climbing up and then winding my way down the Santa Cruz mountains. I also greatly appreciate the arts and creativity, international travel and food and wine. I'm ambitious and open minded with an eye on both expanding my professional career and following a path of personal growth.
As for what I'm seeking, someone who challenges me and someone who I enjoy spending time with. Someone that I can learn from and share and discover new things and grow and advance with. If anything in the above strikes a chord with you, I would certainly appreciate hearing from you. However, please be local to the SF Bay Area.
Meet a man from Santa Clara, United States. I'm a simple guy with simple needs who believes life is beautiful anyway it is. I derive my happiness from seeing people around me happy. My parents are from Karnataka; myself - born and brought up in Mumbai. Came to US immediately after my BE, got my MS in 1993 and been living in bay area, CA ever since to call it my home. I'm a US Citizen and clean. Married once, divorced in 2010.
I like watching movies (Hindi/English, sometimes regional), listening to music, walking on beaches, enjoy all of what nature has to offer. I'm not a much of a party guy - not into singing, dancing, drinking, bars, etc - but not an introvert either. I enjoy going to concerts, theaters, events/parties in company for friends and family. I like to dine-out, try different cuisines, and am always get tempted by coffee/chocolate. Of late, I've been enjoying cooking and trying out my culinary skills!
I'm not big on sports - but do watch basketball, football, water-polo games and of course, cricket - esp. during World Cups. I like outdoors, nature walks and exploring wildlife. And there are days when I like to sit at home, do nothing or just watch some tv or old dvd.
My job does not require much traveling, but like to vacation often. Seen a lot of USA, India...visited several countries - Mexico, France, Switzerland, England, Italy, Hong Kong, Singapore, China, etc. I love to travel and have a long list of places to visit. Enjoy cruises too.
My parents are retired and live mostly with my brother in Mumbai. They had green-cards, but mom gave it up; dad still trying to keep it valid. I have an elder sister (Chartered Accountant) and younger brother (Engineer) both married and living in Mumbai with their families.
I'm an eternal optimist. Love my job and am always passionate about the things I do. I work-hard to achieve my goals and dreams. Don't believe in luck or anything that comes for free. I try hard not to look back into past, but tend to keep control of present the best I can and plan ahead for the future.
I'm looking for someone simple and nice - single mom with one or max two child (better be financially secure if you have two kids!) Someone who can talk/walk together and live through the ups and downs in life. Someone with good education, has good family values, likes kids. Someone who believes in love and maintaining relationships. Someone who has a open mind, has interests, wants to live life, enjoy, but does not shy away from responsibilities. Someone who likes to travel, explore the world, is of giving nature and willing to share their happiness and sorrow.
I'm not looking for a casual relationship, but for something more lasting and leading to marriage. I'm interested in meeting women of Indian origin only. So, if you are not one of them - please excuse me.
If you are a divorcee with "kids not living together", please don't bother contacting me.
