I practiced law, had a son, got divorced from a wonderful woman I had met at Stanford, got married again, stayed married for almost 20 years, she died, I sold a legal publishing company I had founded and ran for 15 years, went sailing for 8 years, did tri-athletic stuff in Boulder for a year, then lived in HI until I got someone pregnant and had to be close to the baby (whose mom worked and works at UCSF) who is now almost 17.
I am in great shape. I like to give and receive a lot of affection. I like to touch a lot. I miss living in the country and sometimes I really miss living in Hawaii. As soon as my daughter is launched next year I will move I assume because it is expensive to live here and I am still (!) working.
85% of my time i spent on one publishing idea or another (which I can do anywhere) while15% is spent on criminal law to pay the bills (which is something I have to be in CA to do). I actually enjoy helping guys in trouble, usually bad decisions and alcohol. Bad people at their best (with legal counsel). Meanwhile I try to create to publish stuff.

Do you think you have good values? Take some joy in living every day? Children and grandchildren are a plus in any life. Family and friends are important. [Cliches are this are of little help.] Physical attractiveness helps. I have always been thin so I do not discriminate about weight (code: over-weight is not a problem per se) the way some do. Feminine and thoughtful and kind are good. Hell, I am just looking for a partner to love and with whom to share everything that is ahead, especially travel and fun,
CV-wise, I studied under Saul Bellow and Hannah Arendt at the University of Chicago in the graduate Social Thought Committee, was a reporter at The Wall Street Journal, attended Stanford Law School, has taught and written on subjects ranging from exempt offerings of securities to the vagaries of crime and punishment,m served as a two-term ABA chair of its largest professional responsibility committee, and secured transaction advisor to the Ministry of Economy for the Republic of Latvia. In 2011 he wrote Delivery Services and Real Estate Private Placements, two legal guidebooks.
