I'm honest, but not hurtful. I don't fight dirty, but I'm also not afraid to stand up for myself. I'm a catch, plain and simple, and any man will be lucky to have me. I appreciate everyday sort of things and anything near the water and mountains. I like to exercise because it makes me feel good, although I am not obsessed with it. I like to walk, I walk a lot ... my golden retrievers enjoy that about me (Jack and Bobby, the other males in my life - their names are remnants of when I lived in a Boston suburb during part of my childhood). I take pretty good care of myself but I am really just natural. I enjoy men in their 50s and early 60s and am not looking for a body builder, but you must have healthy habits (I can overlook an addiction to things like beef jerky).
The man I am looking for will be confident and relaxed with me. I am not attracted to a man who always feels like he has to be "on" or worse, expects me to be that way. He will be sincere and intelligent (you don't have to be a science nerd - I certainly am not!). He should posses the ability to laugh at himself and life's situations. He should be able to help me see the world through his eyes and to playfully tease me to ensure that I never start taking myself too seriously.
He is a man who values me as a person and can be supportive when I need him to be. He will recognize that neither of us is perfect and will trust me to care about him even though I know his imperfections and he mine.
