BUT to live you need the bills somehow and so I recently graduated from UCLA and started my own real estate investment company. I grew up in Davis and I absolutely LOVE the Sacramento Kings so yes I am one of those guys that is glued to the TV when the game is on but if you bare with me on it i will make it up to you. I am Indian and a DJ so obviously I like to go out to the clubs and dance(thats what we Indians do) but I also need to be able to take a night with a slice of pizza and watch a movie.
I was born in Sydney, Australia but sadly I dont have an Australian accent. I am very proud to be Indian and also American, its tricky but somehow I balance those out. So I can celebrate Diwali and listen to bollywood music and still hammer some hot wings and beer on Superbowl Sunday!

Meet people from California, United States. I've been on here for a little while and find it hilarious how all the profiles I read are nearly identical. Yes I know you love to laugh and that you like to go out but are also cool with a night in watching a movie with a bowl of popcorn and a bottle of wine. Who isn't?
I find it much more interesting to be a straight shooter. I've lived here for about eight months and think it's ok. Rent is stupid, most people are shallow and way too into themselves, and the bart is dumb for shutting down before last call. That all being said, the cultures, the food, the drinks, and the scenery are excellent. This is why many of my weekends are spent walking or riding around the various neighborhoods trying to find the best crowds, views, and flavors.
When I'm not out finding those things I'm either at work designing robotic medical devices for the spinal cord rehabilitation field or just piddling around with small art projects in my apartment.
Every week my old friends and I get together for sushi and jazz night. It's a great break from the day to day.
I'm an absolute sucker for a set of large, brown eyes. Also, someone that is eager to learn something new to make someone's day is an immediate attention getter for me. Most of the time I would much rather make someone else smile or just be happy. It's definitely the most satisfying feeling in the world. Seeing that trait in my significant other instantly puts a smile on my face. (Granted, I'm not talking about working soup kitchens or joining the peace corps of anything) Just be a nice person.

During school i got the travel bug and have been hooked ever since. I studied abroad in France, Italy and China and then spent a year in Germany doing my masters research. After working in Atlanta for a year i got the itch to do some exploring so i asked my company to move me to Berkeley. San Francisco seems great and i would like to meet someone to explore it with.
I love to try new things and push my comfort zone. While traveling i tried everything from paragliding in the Alps or biking in Bavaria to eating durian fruit in China or stumbling home from an Italian night club at sunrise. I like to ski and I love to try new foods. At the same time I am very driven and worked really hard in school. I enjoy what I do and technology is a big part of my life. I would like to meet someone who approaches things with an open mind and isn’t afraid to try something new. I don’t like to spend time with people who are self-centered or fake. A bonus would be someone who would take scuba lessons with me or if you could teach me to surf.
