I am a native Californian who leads an active, healthy lifestyle. I enjoy live music concerts (I have a propensity towards smooth jazz, but my musical taste is eclectic; so KIFM & KPRI are my favorite spots on the dial public airwaves but prefer Enigma radio on Pandora, since local radio appears to be too heavily dosed with commericials). I love going to the theater, going to movies, walks on the beach, romantic dinners, "a night out on the town", and sporting events. I can’t imagine anything I wouldn't enjoy with the company of the right lady! Summer is just around the corner and the Humphrey's Concert Series should be a blast! I also enjoy concerts at the Belly Up in the North County.
As my schedule and funds (have you seen the high price of fuel these days?) permit, I spend a lot of time up in the Pacific Northwest (Seattle area) during my vacations motorhome camping. I plan on spending as much time up there as I can in my remaining lifetime, now that I am retired. Relocation up there in the near future is definitely a possibility, as I just love the area and people. However, I still plan on maintaining a home here, possibly for winter. Of course, all this is flexible and not "etched in stone." Of course there is a flexibility in these plans depending on whether I would meet a local soulmate and we make alternate plans.
I have two children and have been widowed now for some 16 years. My daughter is out on her on and my son will soon be starting college and is pretty much independent, so don’t let that “have children at home” in my bio scare you…
