I'm looking for someone that is a little more adventurous than myself. Someone that will challenge me to try new things. Also someone that will take charge and plan some activities. (Although I like to do some planning, I don't want my partner to rely on me to do so all the time.) I'm also looking for someone that likes to live a healthy lifestyle that includes plenty of veggies in the diet, fresh fruit, junk food at a minimum, working out, etc. If I'm going to take care of myself to improve the quality of my life that I will eventually share with that special someone, I expect the same in return. I can tell you that I am a very responsible professional woman. I am a mother to two boys. One, who is away at college and the other in high school.
I have a career that I love and have recently switched roles so my stress level is way reduced.
Now that my parental duties are just about over and my career path is on track, I find myself wanting to discover this world we live in.
Traveling, sharing time with friends, spending time alone, going for walks/hikes and volunteering are all things I get to do now and I love it.
The only thing missing is enjoying some of these activities with someone special…whether it’s just an activity partner or a friendship the turns into something more. I am in no rush. My preference is to spend time with someone I adore and respect and someone who adores and respects me.
