Friends, a job, --- now drama is another story- drama can occur when you can't manage your baggage. I like to think that I can manage mine, at least for the most part.

I try to keep physically fit I work out at least four five times a week, while I ride my bike I take the dog for their run on a leash it's good for all of us, they really look forward to their daily run. I also do other forms of exercise which keeps me limber.
